Temporary HR Consultant
The Gymnasie- och vuxenutbildningsförvaltningen has an overarching responsibility to ensure that all youth and young adults residing in the municipality have access to education in the municipality's own operations or in independent operations, which includes responsibility for the municipality's upper secondary schools, adapted upper secondary school, Elite Sports High School (NIU and RIG), and National Gymnasium for the Disabled (RH-gymnasium).
The department is also responsible for adult education and vocational training, which aims to provide students and participants with a foundation for further studies and/or professional activities, as well as prerequisites for active employment or participation in society. The Gymnasie- och vuxenutbildningsförvaltningen's operations also include labor market and integration, providing employment-promoting measures and receiving certain newly arrived immigrants for settlement.

At the department's office, about 30 employees work, consisting of management, finance, HR, and other important support functions that together work for the best of the department and its mission. The HR unit currently consists of an HR team of four dedicated HR resources. We support and help each other in our daily work to make a difference for our managers across the entire HR area.
About the position
In this position, your main focus will be on recruitment and personnel planning. You will provide support and advice to managers throughout the recruitment process and be responsible for recruitments from needs analysis and advertising to interviews and reference checks. The role also includes work with fairs, events, and school visits, as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the competence supply area.
You will coordinate and match the department's personnel needs, conduct redeployment investigations in connection with the need for new placements, and ensure compliance with LAS and established processes. The position involves close dialogue with managers and principals in the operations, and you will provide broad support in matters related to labor law, recruitment, and staffing within the department.
About you
We are looking for someone who is a trained HR professional or has another equivalent higher education. You have knowledge of recruitment, LAS, and ATL. For you, computer and phone are the obvious working tools, and you navigate effortlessly between different technical systems. Furthermore, the position requires that you have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English.
It is advantageous for this position if you have experience in consultative work with managers, staffing/personnel planning, and/or redeployment investigations. Experience with Varbi, Personec P, and/or Winlas is also a plus.
To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be communicative and able to adapt to different target groups. You have a good ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and can prioritize when necessary without compromising quality. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building, and want to contribute to our work with continuous improvements.
